At Golden Hearts Never Die, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at director@saxobankofart.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
